Add an extra layer of security with time-based one-time password (TOTP) authentication.Setup Process
- Go to Security Settings
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes
Supported Authenticator Apps
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
- Microsoft Authenticator
- 1Password
- Any TOTP-compatible app
Backup Codes
- Generate 10 backup codes
- Use if you lose access to authenticator
- Each code can only be used once
- Regenerate codes anytime
Admin Controls
Administrators can:- Require MFA for all users
- Require MFA for specific roles
- Reset user MFA
- View MFA adoption rates
